The following is a general summary of warranties provided by Boldfit for its products only. We request customers to thoroughly read it at the time of purchase.

How to Claim the warranty of Boldfit’s products?

We request customers to adhere to the below mentioned process in order to get hassle-free Product Warranty.

Please remember to elaborate on your issues or queries regarding the product and upload images or videos if possible.

Just share the required details inclusive of the image of your product and the attached invoice to the below email: support@boldfit.in



Please share your purchase’s defect(s) evidences with the concerned department. We will contact you within 24-48 hours after your request submission.

In addition, we ensure that our Team will examine your product defect evidences and will send you a mail wherein you will be requested to send your product at our address.



We may take 5-7 working days to dispatch a New/Repaired product to your address once we receive a defective product from you in our warehouse.

How to avail the Warranty of Boldfit’s products purchased from Other E-commerce portals?

Customers are requested to follow the below mentioned process in order to get hassle free Product’s Warranty.

Further, our Team will examine your product defect evidences and will send you a mail wherein you will be requested to send your product at our address.

We may take 5-7 working days to dispatch a New/Repaired product to your address once we receive the defective product back.

How much time will it take to dispatch a New/Repaired product?

It may take 5 -7 working days (post receiving your product in our warehouse) to dispatch a New/Repaired product which includes 24 – 48 hours for product quality control. Check and rest for Repairment/Approval for the New product.

How can I pay the Courier charges?

Credit cards: We accept all Credit Cards. You just have to follow your credit card company’s process to make a payment. We accept all VISA, AMEX and MasterCards. Debit cards: We accept all Visa and Master Debit Cards. Internet Banking: You can make an online payment via your Net banking username and password. Again, the process of payment is as per your bank’s procedure.

Warranty Limitations:  

This Warranty does not cover: Service visits which are not related to any defect in the Product.

1.  Service visits which are not related to any defect in the product.

For example:

Transportation damages to be claimed through insurance, if said insurance is purchased by purchaser.



Installation of the product: 


To demonstrate the use of the product or to alter the product setup.

1. User caused faults.

2. Any problem due to pest infestation.

3. Any corrosive or chemical damage.

4. Rust not covered under warranty

5. Power outages or surges causing damage to any part of the product. Note: To safeguard from potentially damaging spikes or power surges use of surge protectors and UPS devices is a must.

6. Normal wear and tear, use outside the intended function of the product, modifications and damage caused by misuse or abuse.

7. A product or part that has been repaired or replaced earlier by some other service provider/technician.

8. Damage caused by improper care and overloading of the product.

9. Damage due to water contact or spill.

10. Product damaged during transport as a result of improper packaging.

11. Product received with incomplete parts.

12. Defects caused by factors other than: a.)Normal domestic use or
b.) Use in accordance with the Product’s User Guide.

13. Defects to the product caused by accident, force majeure, neglect, or ‘Act of God’

14. The cost of repairs carried out by non-authorised repairers or the cost of correcting such unauthorised repairs.

15. Normal recommended maintenance as set out in the Product’s User Guide.

16. Repairs when the appliance has been dismantled, repaired or serviced by other than an Authorized Service Centre or the Dealer.

This product has been designed for use in a normal domestic environment. It is not intended for commercial use. Doing so may affect product warranty. Service under this warranty must be provided by an Authorised Service Agent. Such service shall be provided during normal business hours.

Terms And Conditions:


1.  Your product warranty will start from the date when the first time your product gets dispatched from our warehouse.



2.  Boldfit keeps all rights to repair, replace and provide you a substitute product of a similar functioning, if your ordered product goes unavailable in inventory due to any given reason. Warranty date will not change with the new/repaired product arrival.



3.  Boldfit always make policies by keeping in mind the customer’s satisfaction. Therefore, customer won’t be left in loss even if the same/similar product is not available with the company due to any given reason. Boldfit will refund the 100% of the paid amount. 


a.  Boldfit may refund the 100% of the paid amount, if customer claims the Warranty within 14 days from the Product Delivery

b.  Boldfit may refund the 70% of the paid amount, if customer claims the Warranty between 15 – 90 days from the product delivery.



c.  Boldfit may refund the 50% of the paid amount, if customer claims the Warranty between 91 – 180 days from the product delivery.



d.  Boldfit may refund the 30% of the paid amount, if customer claims the Warranty above 180 days from the product delivery.

4.  Customers are requested to send their products at our address and to pay us the courier charges, when we are sending a new/repaired product to them (offsite warranty)



5.  Customers who have purchased our products from other E-Commerce portals are requested to get their Product Warranty Activated within 30 days from the product delivery date in order to become eligible for the same.



6.  Boldfit will not be responsible for any damage parcel received from your end. But, you have full liberty to ask for the product damage evidences within 24-48 hours from the product delivery date.

7.   Customers need to pay us the courier charges, if they want us to send in a new/repaired product.

8.   Customers will get the Warranty of any of the product as per their Warranty Card irrespective if it is changed with the New inventory.

9.   Customers are requested to send us the product in its original packaging only for availment of warranty.
